2) Your Account and Submitted Content
If you create an account on the Website, register for an Event, subscribe to communications (including email, SMS, and WhatsApp), or purchase a product or service from any of the OOR Parties, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with your account. You must immediately notify OOR Design LLC and/or the OOR Parties of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The OOR Parties will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
If you comment on a blog, submit a form, post material to the Website, post links on the Website, upload files, participate in community features, or otherwise make, or allow any third party to make, material available by means of the Website, including text, graphics, images, video, audio, or computer software, any such material is “Content,” and you are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content.

6) Community Guidelines; Communications; Acceptable Use
The Website may include community features and communications channels such as WhatsApp groups, SMS, email newsletters, comment areas, live chat, or other community spaces (collectively, “Community Spaces”) offered by or on behalf of the OOR Parties.
By participating in Community Spaces, you agree to:

7) Recording and Replay Policy
The OOR Parties may record live Events (including audio, video, chat, Q&A, and screen sharing) for operational, training, quality, marketing, or replay purposes unless stated otherwise. By attending an Event hosted by or on behalf of the OOR Parties, you consent to such recording.
Unless the OOR Parties explicitly provide written permission, you may not record, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or share any Event or replay content. Unauthorized recording or distribution may result in termination of access without refund and legal action where appropriate.
Replay availability, if offered, is provided on the timeline stated on the registration/checkout page or in our communications, and may be changed or discontinued at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

8) Payments, Subscriptions, Taxes, Failed Payments, and Chargebacks
By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay the OOR Parties the one-time and/or subscription fees indicated. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or fails for any reason, the OOR Parties may suspend or terminate your access until payment is successfully processed.
Chargebacks/Payment Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the OOR Parties may suspend access to all products and services pending resolution and may provide documentation to contest the dispute. If a chargeback is granted in your favor, you agree to immediately cease use of any delivered Digital Products, Programs, Event replays, or Services.

9) Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing at checkout or in an official written agreement signed by OOR Design LLC, all sales are final and non-refundable.
The following are non-refundable:
Digital Products (downloads, templates, PDFs, recordings, replays, workbooks, toolkits).
Programs (courses, challenges, intensives, workshops, memberships), including partial participation or missed sessions.
Events (live trainings, Zoom sessions), including no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or inability to attend.
If a refund is expressly granted in writing by OOR Design LLC, it may exclude processing fees to the extent permitted by law.

10) Automatic Renewal
Unless you notify the OOR Parties before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

11) Copyright Infringement Policy (DMCA)

This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
