I’m Leah Almog Arazi,
General Contractor, CEO & Founder of OOR Design Build, and one of
the few women leading luxury construction and design in New York.

For over two decades, I’ve lived every layer of this city’s real-estate
world—
from evaluation and investment to design, engineering, and construction.
And from the moment I opened my business, I held one mission close to
my heart:
to bring light into every space I design and build.
That has never changed.

But the deeper my career went, the clearer one truth became:
A home is never just a structure.
It is the beginning of who we become.
I’ve designed and built landmark brownstones, penthouses, and family
homes across NYC—
yet the real work has always been something more profound:
creating spaces that offer clarity, calm, identity, happiness,
and a future to be proud of.
Because building a home is never only about walls.
It’s about well-being, intention, and legacy.

And that philosophy has shaped every project—and every client
